5:45 PM CHAIR Yoga with Arielle Welch (40-45 min.)  Virtual; no class 2/23
6:45 PM RINSE: Vinyasa Yoga for All Levels with Arielle Welch (55-60 min.) Virtual; no class 2/23, class will be prerecorded on 2/2
TUESDAYS ~
4:30 PM RINSE: All Levels Vinyasa Yoga with Arielle Welch (55-60 min.) In Person; no class 2/24
5:45 PM INTRO to BELLYDANCING with Kristen Wilson (55-60 min.) In Person; no class 2/24
WEDNESDAYS ~
5:45 PM BEGINNER’S YOGA with Meaghan Chesnulevich (55-60 min.) In Person; no class 2/25
7:30 PM RELAX: Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Arielle Welch (40-45 min.) Virtual & Prenatal Friendly; no class 2/25, class will be prerecorded on 2/4, 2/11 & 3/11 NEW TIME!!
THURSDAYS ~
5:05 PM Gentle/CHAIR Yoga with Arielle Welch (40-45 min.) In Person; no class 2/26 NEW CLASS!!
6:00 PM RELAX: Pre/Postnatal Yoga with Mollie Gromyko (55-60 min.) In-Person; no class 2/26
TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS ~ WILL BE YOUR MOST PRODUCTIVE DAYS!
7:15 AM RISE Good Morning Yoga with Arielle Welch (25-30 min.) Virtual: no class 2/24 & 2/27 (Enrollment in these two morning classes is considered ONE healing movement class.)

1 movement class/week ~
$AVE with 1 payment of $180 or 3 payments of $67 (due by 1/15, 2/15, 3/15)
2 movement classes/week ~
$AVE with 1 payment of $340 or 3 payments of $131 (due by 1/15, 2/15, 3/15)
UNLIMITED movement classes ~
$AVE with 1 payment of $480 or 3 payments of $180 (due by 1/15, 2/15, 3/15)

Note for In Person classes: If class is cancelled for weather or instructor illness/COVID exposure, remote options with alternative class times may be provided. In some cases, the instructor may be able to offer the class remotely at the regular time or a makeup class will be scheduled. Thank you for your flexibility!
