All classes require a minimum of 4 students enrolled per class to run as listed.
V = virtual class via Zoom (Recordings available with 7 day expiry, if time of live class doesn’t sync with your schedule.)
IP* = in person class (Masks are currently optional for all in person students regardless of vaccination status. Please do not attend classes in person if you have symptoms. If you test positive, please wait 10 days before returning to in person classes. Mask protocols subject to change.)

6:45 PM RINSE: All Levels Vinyasa Yoga (75-80 min.) V only
7:00 PM *Special 6-week Yoga for Anxiety*
runs Mar. 13-Apr. 24th (no class Apr. 10th) IP only (Next series starts 5/8)
Yoga For Anxiety is a 75 minute in person class combining journaling, meditation and yoga. Read more & Register for Yoga for Anxiety

5:45 PM INTRO to BELLYDANCING (55-60 min.) IP only

7:00 PM RELAX: Gentle Vinyasa Yoga/Prenatal Friendly (55-60 min.) V only

11:30 AM Chair Yoga (Very Gentle) (40-45 min.) IP only – needs 4 to run
6:30 PM Hatha Yoga (75-80 min.) IP only
Mar. 31-June 16 (12-week session)
8:30 AM RISE Good Morning Yoga (40-45 min.) V only
*Note: ANY class offered VIRTUALLY , may be taken as a “PRE-RECORDED” class if you cannot make the scheduled time. We will email you the recording after the live class has concluded. The recording will have a 7 day expiry!
*For In Person classes: If class is cancelled for weather or instructor illness/COVID exposure, remote options with alternative class times will be provided. In some cases, the instructor may be able to offer the class remotely at the regular time or a makeup class will be scheduled. Thank you for your flexibility!
