Bellydancing ~ Shake it! Have fun moving your body in a new way. Learn basic hip movements and techniques used in all the various styles of belly dancing. Relaxing, peaceful AND fun!
Chair Yoga ~ A gentler version of Gentle Yoga! Want to practice yoga, but find you are uncomfortable on the floor? Knee issues? Wrist issues? Experience a complete body stretch with synchronized breathwork from a chair. For the resting phase of the class, you choose either to remain seated in meditation or come to the floor for relaxation.
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga (Prenatal Friendly) ~ A gentle, slowly flowing sequence of yoga postures to nurture your body.
Hatha Yoga ~ Hatha yoga is a slightly slower paced class than vinyasa. In this class we link breath with movement and sequence poses building to a peak pose while focusing on alignment. We end the class with a 5 minute sitting meditation.
Monthly Itsy Bitsy Yoga® BABY ~ A calming and nurturing yoga class where parents learn to help babies unfold their motor skills, sleep better, feel happier, and digest with ease. IBY is a great way to bond with your baby and meet like-minded parents in your community. For caregivers with babies 3 weeks to pre-crawling. WILL RETURN WINTER 2018
Monthly Family Yoga ~ Old-fashioned FUN with yoga inspiration! A wonderful way for families to bond! Play, laugh, create & explore space together. No prior yoga experience required. For families with mobile children (confidently crawling/almost walking) through Grade 5. Babies are welcome to participate in caregiver’s arms. WILL RETURN WINTER 2018
Rasamaya® CORE ~ Rasamaya® translates as “fluid” and CORE is our fusion class that laces together mat based barre, Pilates, yoga and other core-strengthening movements within a powerful, rhythmic, flowing 45- 50 minute class. All classes are fueled by music and challenge flexibility, balance and strength. Integration and relaxation is offered at the end of each class to allow the body to absorb the new information and energy it receives from the practice. WILL RETURN WINTER 2018
Restorative Yoga ~ Enjoy 90 minutes of the most relaxing yoga! You will be lead through a series of 5 or 6 poses which you will rest in for at least 15 minutes each. Fully supported by bolsters and blankets, your body will surrender more deeply than you have experienced in a long time.
Yoga Nidra ~ Reduce tension & anxiety as you are guided through this conscious deep sleep. Leave feeling well rested after just 45 minutes!
